We collect data that is necessary for operating the app and providing the service of connecting drivers and passengers.

Data may include:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • user profile data,
  • profile photo,
  • photos of vehicles or groups,
  • data about rides, routes, departure points, and destinations,
  • location data that the user enters or selects in the app,
  • notification and device data, including a push notification token,
  • subscription data, subscription status, and purchase identifiers from Google Play or App Store systems.

We do not collect payment card data. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store.

2. Use of Camera and Photos

The app may request access to the camera to allow the user to take a profile, vehicle, or group photo.

The camera is used only when the user chooses the photo-taking option. The app does not use the camera in the background.

The user may also choose a photo from the gallery. Selected or captured photos may be uploaded to our server so they can be displayed within the app.

We do not sell photos to third parties.

3. Use of Location Data

Location data is used for features related to rides, routes, departure points, destinations, and the display of relevant ride offers or requests.

The app does not use location for continuous background tracking unless this is clearly enabled and permitted through the device settings.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We use data to:

  • create and maintain a user account,
  • enable publishing, searching, and managing rides,
  • connect drivers and passengers,
  • display profiles, vehicles, groups, and relevant information to other app users,
  • send important notifications,
  • process and verify subscription status,
  • maintain app security and prevent abuse,
  • technically maintain and improve the app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be shared:

  • with other app users to the extent necessary to complete a ride,
  • with technical service providers that help us operate the app, host services, store data, send notifications, and process subscriptions,
  • with competent authorities if required by law.

Third-party services may include Google Play, App Store, Firebase, Google Maps, or other technical service providers required for the app to operate.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If the user activates a Premium subscription, payment processing is carried out through Google Play or App Store systems.

The app may store data required to verify subscription status, such as product ID, transaction ID, purchase token, subscription status, and subscription expiration time.

We do not store the user's card number or other payment method data.

7. Push Notifications

The app may use push notifications to send the user important information about rides, requests, messages, statuses, or other app features.

The user can disable notifications at any time in the device settings.
